On the Road to Skinny So its been a couple of days since I posted. Well, I have done pretty good on my diet. I averaged 1300 calories this week. I also exercised 10 hours this week. I gotta do more. I want to have 125 lbs gone by May 1 2006. Hope I can do it. Im starting to get used to the hunger pangs. I think my stomach has shrunk. Oh and I got into a pair of pants that I havent been able to wear for 6 monts. Im getting excited. Im taking Farenheit diet pills. It seems to work. Anyways not much else is going on. I just have to think thin. Current mood: So..I never done this online journal before. I hope it helps. I want to be skinny. Right now I am 5'4" and Im a cow. I weigh 247 (after losing 11 lbs in just this past week). I dream of being 115 lbs but afraid I won't get there. I always been little bigger than everyone else but now Im out of control. I want to lose 115 lbs by May. Is this possible? Anyways, Ive been keeping my calories at 1300 cals. I'm also worried about how to stay motivated. Any suggestions? Current mood: |
